The Studio

Welcome to the Black Country's only fully Gratz-equipped Classical Pilates studio, offering a personalized and high-quality Pilates experience. Our range of classes includes mat, reformer and equipment sessions, all designed with small group sizes to ensure optimal results. We also offer bespoke 1:1 or 2:1 private lessons for a truly customized Pilates experience.

Our friendly and highly trained instructors lead over 30 classes per week, with convenient hours—open weekdays until 9 pm and weekends until 1 pm.

Everyone is welcome! Pre-booking is essential to secure your spot.

Joseph Pilates envisioned his method as something for everyone and we wholeheartedly agree. Unlike modern mat-based Pilates, Classical Pilates follows a structured system and sequence—but within that framework lies endless variety and challenge, keeping your practice exciting and engaging.

Our studio is fully equipped with authentic Gratz apparatus, with each piece designed to play a vital role in your Pilates journey.
