Begin Here
3 Sessions — £55
The best way to experience what we do. Your introduction includes a private session, a mat class and a reformer class — a complete first look at Classical Pilates, guided entirely by one of our expert teachers. No experience needed. Just bring yourself.
Build Your Practice
Once you've completed your introduction, most clients move into a regular class schedule. You can start with individual sessions or save with a block.

Make it a Habit
For clients who want to commit to consistent progress, our monthly memberships offer the best value and the most flexibility. We have Core 4, Core 8 and Unlimited options across mat, equipment and mixed classes.
Membership is by conversation — we'll find the right fit for your schedule and goals.
Private Sessions
The most personal way to practise. One-to-one sessions and duets are built entirely around you — your body, your history, your goals. Ideal if you're managing an injury, returning after time away, or simply want complete individual focus.

A Note on Bookings
We ask for 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or move a session — this allows us to offer your place to someone else and keeps the studio running smoothly for everyone. Sessions cancelled with less notice, or missed without contact, cannot be credited. All blocks and packages carry an expiry date to support a consistent practice.
