    Pilates has been my go-to for staying fit, maintaining body balance and remaining injury free. The feedback and resistance from the equipment springs provides a unique challenge which is sometimes hard to replicate on the mat.

    What I love most about Pilates is the adaptability. You don't always need a mat or equipment; you learn to find the connections within your body, building strength every day.

    Before discovering Pilates, I worked as a personal trainer and was a regular gym-goer. However, I began to experience persistent neck and shoulder pain and running began to take a toll on my back. Pilates transformed my strength and eliminated the pain and tension headaches that had become a constant in my life.

    Pilates enhances strength, flexibility and posture with the added bonus of achieving a more toned physique. Every workout leaves me feeling a little taller - a wonderful sensation!

    Since incorporating Pilates into my life, I've experienced numerous benefits. I used to suffer from back pain, attributed to pregnancy, which I was told might never go away. But, touch wood, I haven't had any issues in years! I've also become stronger and even slimmed down a bit.

    Pilates is renowned for benefitting both the mind and body and I wholeheartedly agree. I sleep better most nights and feel more energise when I start my day with a good workout!

    I owe my mobility and quality of life to Pilates. Without it I would be in a lot of pain and discomfort.

    I really enjoy reformer work as it challenges my mat practice and helps me to develop and improve further. I also love the precision and focus on strengthening specific areas that the Cadillac exercises provide.

    Pilates has saved me from many years of pain and immobility. Since starting Pilates classes after a back injury, I now rarely have flare-ups and if I do, they are mild and not debilitating like they were before.

    Pilates is the ultimate workout for my body and mind. Each session leaves me feeling balanced, stretched and more aware of my entire body. I continually discover something new in every exercise, allowing me to focus my mind and disconnect from the world around me.

    While I enjoy both mat and equipment workouts, my favourite exercises are on the reformer. It might look intimidating, but its like magic.

    Pilates has heightened my awareness of my body's needs, showing me how to become stronger and the importance of continuous movement.

    Even after many years of dancing, I feel more in tune with my body now than ever before.

After years of Yoga, I expanded my expertise by becoming a Pilates teacher, which significantly influenced both my personal practice and teaching approach, I have never looked back! Pilates helped me gain full body strength, improved my posture, improved my range of movement and helps me feel well and truly put together.

    I offer down to earth guidance to help students understand the purpose behind their practice. My passion to help students improve well-being and body awareness motivates me to empower others to reach their full potential.     My journey through the fundamentals has been incredibly rewarding, and the Tower has played a key role in helping me recover from a recent back injury.
