Our Fundamentals Certification is the perfect place to start your Classical Pilates teaching journey. It will give you the confidence to start teaching on the mat, reformer and tower at Beginner Level. This 2 day course (+ Video assessment) is suitable for anyone interested in becoming a Pilates Teacher. No qualifications are required but it is recommended that you have practiced Classical Pilates and have an understanding of the exercises as well as an enthusiasm for Pilates.

Over the two days you will learn the fundamental connections in the body. You’ll learn how to teach beginner level mat, reformer and tower exercises and how to feel the exercises in your own body. You’ll be guided to develop teaching and hands on skills essential for Pilates and how to modify exercises for the body in front of you.
